A Little About Ms. Meagan

We talked to Meagan Carson today about the school year and other school activities. Ms. Meagan is our school librarian. She started last year around the time of track season. Ms. Meagan said, “The school year is going really well, getting to hang out with all the littles and seeing the high school kids more.” Her favorite part about being a librarian is being surrounded by books and interacting with everyone. Ms. Meagan is super excited for the upcoming book fair! She told us that the theme this year is a surprise, and everyone is looking forward to it. Ms. Meagan said “I love our small community and getting to know everyone in the school has been amazing.” In Ms. Meagan's free time, she likes to be outside, go hunting, and read books. The Accelerated Reader store is typically done in the library, but this year the school is unfortunately not doing the AR store. Ms. Meagan is the teacher for study hall and is always on her toes with those kids! She also helps run the after school program. This year they have good numbers with 10-15 kids daily. Overall, Ms. Meagan is very excited for new things to come throughout the year.
