White City had the Fall 2023 Homecoming on Friday, Oct. 6. Every year, White City High School has a float competition. This float competition allows the individual classes to show their spirit and creativity.  The competition consists of 8-12 graders. The Rural Vista Heat played the Norwich Falcons. The 8th graders float was “KFF,” which stands for “Kansas Fried Falcons.” The Freshman’s float was “Roast the Falcons in a Bonfire of Heat.” The Sophomore's float was “Falcon Cemetery.”  The Junior’s float was “Send the Falcons back in Time” “Give the Falcons a Boot”  was the theme of the Senior float.  The float rules were….

The Juniors ended up winning first place. Second place was the Freshmen. Third place were Seniors. Fourth place were the Sophomores. Fifth place were the Eighth graders.  Congratulations to all the classes!
